Can I order during this time?
Our online store remains open and fully functional. We are continuing to work closely with our courier provider to ensure strict hygiene procedures are in place. We have also heightened our in-house dispatch procedure to ensure all items are safely packed and sealed.
How is shipping and delivery affected?
Australia: Orders are processed within 24 hours, with free shipping for all orders. However, we hope for your understanding that delivery times may extend slightly beyond the shipping schedule.
New Zealand: Orders are processed within 24 hours.
Rest of world: all international orders will be processed within 24 hours.
What safety precautions are in place?
Orders are processed and dispatched by Mia, our dispatch manager who is working from her temporary home studio #WFH. Her precautionary measures include social distancing, regular cleaning and protective equipment when preparing orders. The health and well-being of our staff is of utmost importance to us, hence all our craftsmen, support team and admin staff are all part of the #WFH club.
