Pinch & Fold cannot be responsible for delays caused by customers clearance, local duties and taxes. Pinch & Fold is not responsible for delays caused by the courier companies.
If your parcel is not delivered to you within the time frame, please email us at: info@pinchandfold.co.nz. We will be more than happy to help!
Pinch & Fold will not be liable for the subsequent costs incurred in the cases of incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from the delivery centre, causing the item to be sent back to our studio. An additional cost will be added to ship the goods to you again.
International Duties & Taxes
You may be liable for duties and taxes if your order is over the tax free threshold. If you want to make absolutely sure, you can find this information from your local customs office.
Ordering Process
If you have any problems with processing or placing an order online, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be able to help and assist you with getting the product out to you!
All orders take 1–3 working day to process and the order will be shipped out the following working day.
Multiple items purchased in a single order will be packed together to minimise waste and for ease of shipping. Requests for individually wrapped items will incur extra cost.
