What if the item i purchased is not right?

We at Pinch & Fold aim to provide the best customer experience. If by any chance the product you purchased is not the right fit, simply return the product to us and we will swap it for the right size.

 

What if I change my mind on the purchase?

You can shop confidently with our 20 days returns policy. As long as the product is in as new and unworn condition, you can send the item back to us to receive your refund in store credits (unless stated otherwise and excluding sale items). Simply follow the following instructions:

Please note Pinch & Fold do not take responsibility of any items lost in the process of returning to us and hence why we recommend a trackable method.
We will raise a credit, exchange or refund you once the item has been returned and accepted by Pinch & Fold. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
All items must be in the condition that they were shipped, un-used and with all original tags and packaging attached. Due to health regulations we cannot accept any returns on earrings and body piercings.

 

My order has not been shipped after 2 days, what's going on?

We generally process all orders within the day it was purchased. However, due to the courier’s hours of operation, orders submitted on Fridays (after 12pm) and weekends will be shipped first thing Monday.

 

I want to purchase an item but it’s sold out! When will it be back in stock?

We restock our items on a very regular basis. However, as most of our jewellery are handmade, some items may take up to 2 months before it gets restocked. If you see something you like and we are currently out of stock, send us a request at info@pinchandfold.co.nz with your contact details and we will reserve and notify you once it’s available.

Can items be delivered to a PO Box address?

Sorry, our couriers will not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide us with a physical address to send items to.

 

Why is there no 925 stamp on some sterling silver jewellery?

Some of our pieces are too fine to bare the 925 hallmark stamp. However, we guarantee all our products described as sterling silver are genuine and of premium quality.

 

My shipping has not arrived after X working days, what should I do?

If you feel that your shipping is taking longer than it should, please contact us via email. Alternatively, you can track your order via the tracking code provided in the Pinch & Fold delivery confirmation email (for tracked shipping options only). In the rare occasion that the order is misplaced or lost by our couriers, we will replace the order and send you the new package ASAP.

Will the jewellery wear well in water?

Our sterling silver pieces will wear well in water. However, it is best to avoid contact with sea water and chlorinated water as chemicals and minerals will damage the silver. For rhodium and gold plated pieces, we recommend you to avoid contact with water to preserve it’s colour and luster.
