I hope everyone is keeping safe and are doing well during such difficult times. I want to extend my love to everyone who may be affected by COVID-19 outbreak.
We started Pinch & Fold 8 years ago in hopes to deliver happiness in the form of adorable jewellery and precious creations. Full of optimism, we poured our soul into the label and pride ourselves in the connections we've formed with our customers. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we believe it's now more vital than ever to draw from this optimism. I believe things will get better and we will get through this together.
Here are some things we are doing:
I want to ensure you that our website will continue to operate with heightened hygiene precautions. Orders will be processed on a daily basis as per normal (credits to Mia, our dispatch manager, who is working from her temporary home studio #WFH). However, we hope for your understanding that delivery times may extend beyond the standard shipping schedule.
Our live chat is up and running and our online support team, who are working from home, are always available to help you in any way possible. Even if you just want someone to talk to.
