Returns & Replacement Policy
At Pinch & Fold, we want your online shopping experience to be a good one! Pinch & Fold will be glad to exchange your purchase should you change your mind about the product. If in the case the item is no longer available, we will be more than happy to exchange for store credit. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on all Earrings and Body Jewellery due to hygiene reasons. At Pinch & Fold, we want you to purchase with confidence, this means that we have a 20 day return policy, which gives you plenty of time to decide whether the product is YOU! If an exchange is required, it will need to be completed within 20 working days of receiving the product.
Sale items are final and we do not accept returns on them.
The product must not be worn, and returned in the original case (jar or box).
For Body Piercings & Earrings
We cannot exchange Body piercings or Earrings due to hygiene reasons. If it is damaged, please email us at: email@example.com
The product must be in original condition of purchase, ie not worn, unwashed and with tags still attached.
Please note that items that have been damaged due to general wear and tear will not be considered as a faulty product. Where possible, Pinch & Fold will offer to repair genuinely faulty items. However if the product is not repairable or if the same product is no longer available, you will be entitled to a full refund in NZ dollars. Pinch & Fold will incur the cost of postage where the product is deemed faulty as per the Fair Trading Act.

We are not accepting returns/exchanges on SALE items. All sale items are final.
In the unlikely event that You are not completely satisfied with your purchases, items can be returned within 20 days of receipt via NZ Post for an exchange or store credit. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on all Earrings and Body Jewellery due to hygiene reasons. Simply follow the instructions below:

Please note Pinch & Fold do not take responsibility of any items lost in the process of returning to us and hence why we recommend a trackable method.
We will raise a credit or an exchange once the parcel has been returned and accepted by Pinch & Fold.
All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
All items must be in the condition that they were shipped, un-used and with all original tags and packaging attached.
Returning via NZ Post
Items purchased from us online can be returned via NZ Post within 20 days of receipt for a exchange or store credit. If returning Your items via NZ Post, complete all relevant details in the Returns Request (located within your account), including the reason for return. Securely repack the items being returned in the original packaging and send back to Pinch and Fold (labels can be printed once returns request has been assessed and accepted).
Your payment is processed through eWAY Payment Gateway. eWAY secures all your customer and credit-card data with military-grade software and servers, and the highest level of encryption available. PINCH & FOLD will not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data is transferred using eWAY's secure servers.
